Stretching recommended for IT professionals

Stretching is a form of physical exercise in which body muscles are deliberately flexed or stretched to achieve flexibility or elasticity in body.

Most of the people who spend most of their time sitting on chair specifically from IT sector face back pain, spondylitis, slip disc problems over a period of time. To avoid all such health problems it is suggested to add stretching exercises in their routine.
